Role Description
This is a full-time on-site job role for a Field Sales & Outreach executive.We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales & Outreach Executive to help expand our local presence through offline marketing and community outreach activities.
Responsibilities
* Build offline connections and local partnerships
* Visit societies, clinics, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses for outreach
* Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials in targeted areas
* Explain Heal Door services to residents and potential clients
* Generate leads and support patient acquisition activities
* Assist during health camps and offline promotional events
* Maintain daily visit and lead reports
Requirements
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English
* Confident in interacting with people face-to-face
* Basic understanding of sales and marketing
* Energetic, disciplined, and willing to travel locally
Job Details
* Salary: ₹10,000 + performance-based incentives
* Role Type: Full-time (on-site)
* Location: Rajdhani Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi
* Working Days: Monday to Saturday
