Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new customers in Flexible Packaging segments.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Market Intelligence
- Collect market information regarding pricing, competition, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging opportunities in FMCG, Food, Pharma, Agriculture, Chemical, and Industrial Packaging sectors.
- Submit regular market feedback reports to management.
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Call Reports (DCR), Weekly Sales Reports, and Monthly Performance Reports.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
