Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in the Chennai Division. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, presenting products, negotiating and closing sales, and gathering customer feedback to inform future strategies. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuously enhance offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Closing Deals
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Knowledge of the packaging industry or sustainable products is an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
