Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales Executive to lead on-ground sales across the HORECA segment. The role focuses on direct client acquisition, relationship building, and driving adoption of white-label packaging among premium hospitality clients. This is a target-driven, high-impact role with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Development (Core KPI)
- Onboard Hotels (4★–5★), Cafes, Restaurants, Caterers, Banquets & Event Companies
- Drive adoption of:
- White-labeled water cartons
- Custom branded packaging
🔹 Client Acquisition & Sales Conversion
- Pitch key value propositions:
- Sustainable alternative to plastic
- Premium brand positioning
- Regulatory alignment (plastic bans)
- Close:
- Monthly supply contracts
- Event-based bulk orders
🔹 Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with procurement teams and key decision-makers
🔹 Market Intelligence
- Track competitors (PET bottles & alternatives)
- Identify high-potential zones:
- Luxury hospitality clusters
- Tourist hubs
- Wedding & event markets
🔹 Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain daily activity reports (meetings, leads, closures)
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM or tracking tools
