This is a full-time on-site Sales role based in Maharashtra.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong customer relationships.
Key tasks include identifying prospective clients, presenting the platform's offerings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction. The role will also involve providing training and guidance to team members as needed to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to identify and close business opportunities
- Experience in providing Training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in negotiation and relationship building
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in the marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B industries is an added advantage
Position Range 20,000 to 25,000 INR Budget
Plus very high incentives on daily targets paid weekly
