Role Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, conducting product presentations, and securing deals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur, India. The employee will engage in both in-person client visits and occasional remote work, managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term business relationships. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology-related sales platforms
- Previous experience in marketplaces, logistics, or e-commerce domains is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
