Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the solar industry, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also includes conducting market research to understand customer needs, presenting tailored solar solutions, preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery. Regular travel within the specified territory will be a key responsibility to actively engage with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends for identifying new sales opportunities
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and activities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions and the renewable energy sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are beneficial
