We are looking for passionate and goal-driven professionals to join our Salesteam in Chennai . If you have a flair for customer interaction, a sharpsalesmind, and real estate experience this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits , events, and networking
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to explain project offerings
  • Present property features, pricing, and payment plans confidently
  • Handle client objections and work toward closingsalessuccessfully
  • Maintain post-salerelationships for referrals and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM)
  • Track competitors, market trends, and customer expectations
  • Submit timely reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Leading theSalesteam.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterlysalestargets

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2 - 15 years of fieldsalesexperience, preferably in real estate
  • Excellent communication , negotiation , and customer handling skills
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceedingsalestargets
  • Comfortable working weekends and traveling to project sites
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office (Excel/Word) is an added advantage
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Monthlysalestarget achievement
  • New client acquisition count
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Client feedback and satisfaction
  • Reporting and documentation accuracy
