Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in major cities in India, for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, developing leads, and converting prospects into customers. Key tasks include scheduling and conducting one-on-one meetings with students and their families, presenting EduSail's services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a client-focused approach to achieve sales goals. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and client relationship management skills, including lead generation and closing deals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust with clients and deliver impactful presentations
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups effectively
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for education and international opportunities
- Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
