Role: Field Sales Executive (B2B Bulk Tea)We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to expand our footprint across the city’s most active commercial sectors. In this role, you will be the face of our brands, building direct relationships with businesses that consume tea powder in bulk and on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities- Targeted Prospecting: Identify and engage with high-volume B2B segments including Hospitals, Tea Vendors (Tapris), Chai Cafes, Restaurants, and Chai Franchise Chains.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with procurement managers and business owners to secure recurring monthly supply agreements.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site tastings to showcase the strength, aroma, and consistency of our blends.
- Market Expansion: Drive lead generation in regional hubs and identify new "sweet spots" for distribution.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire process from cold calling and initial pitch to negotiation and final contract signing.
