Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Field Sales Executive for an on-site role in Greater Noida West (Gautam Buddha Nagar).
This is a high-energy, on-ground role focused on generating leads and driving user signups through direct interaction. You will be responsible for setting up marketing activities (tents, outreach campaigns), approaching potential users, explaining the service, and converting interest into registrations.
You will play a key role in expanding our user base and helping us build high-density routes as we move towards revenue and scale.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (Hindi required)
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with new people
- Target-driven mindset with ability to handle daily goals
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with on-ground work
- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Any prior sales, field work, or customer-facing experience
- Familiarity with local areas in Noida / Greater Noida
