Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with insurance agents, driving sales of Health and Motor Insurance policies, and increasing portfolio growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, presenting customized insurance products, following up on leads, and negotiating terms. The role will also include achieving sales targets, providing excellent client support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Business development and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and lead generation
- Knowledge of Health and Motor Insurance products and industry trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Prior experience in insurance or a related sales role is a plus
- Familiarity with the Gurugram market and local client base is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
