Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will conduct customer visits, generate leads, and identify potential opportunities to promote rooftop solar systems. Responsibilities include convincing potential clients about solar savings, managing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific energy needs of each client, while providing excellent customer support throughout their engagement with the company.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Building
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Communication capabilities
- Understanding of Solar Energy, Renewable Energy concepts, or a technical background is an advantage
- Proficiency in Time Management and Self-Motivation to work in the field effectively
- Experience in handling government scheme benefits, such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana, is a bonus
- Relevant experience in sales, particularly in the energy or renewable sector, is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English is beneficial
