Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in Bhopal. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Bajaj Finserv products and services, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The role will involve regular visits to customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
