Qualifications
- Sales and relationship-building skills, with experience in face-to-face customer interactions and lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify product features and value propositions for clients
- Customer service orientation with a focus on addressing client needs and fostering long-term relationships
- Proficiency in market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities

- Basic knowledge or interest in the fashion and customization industry
- Familiarity with local markets in Jammu and the ability to travel locally for client visits as needed

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Jammu for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with customers, and promoting Auraverse’s range of personalized fashion and lifestyle products. Daily responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide market insights to inform sales strategies and contribute to the company’s growth goals.

Requirements

Experience & Qualification
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Prior sales experience is a plus
• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
