Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Anantnag. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales meetings, and negotiating deals. The role includes visiting clients within the assigned territory, analyzing market trends, providing feedback to improve sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and challenges effectively. The role may also require the individual to provide regular sales reports and contribute to achieving the company’s overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage daily schedules and meet sales targets.
- Sales and customer service experience, with knowledge of business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
