Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive with experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, promoting solar solutions, and closing sales. The role requires strong fieldwork, client interaction, and technical understanding of solar products.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local market research
- Conduct door-to-door or site visits to promote solar products (residential/commercial)
- Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable solar solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, ROI, and government subsidies (if applicable)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with technical/installation team for site feasibility and execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in solar sales / field sales
- Good knowledge of solar products, rooftop systems, and basic technical concepts
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
- Basic understanding of subsidies, net metering, and government policies (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Salary range - 22k - 26k
