Role Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive for a full-time, remote position. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with cricket clubs and professionals, and promoting our range of premium cricket products. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and gathering customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of cricket gear and equipment, with a passion for the sport being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to deliver impactful product demonstrations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage client accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend promotional events as needed.
