Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Gurugram for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves identifying potential clients and developing relationships to promote solar energy solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will further coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain client satisfaction. Regular field visits and market analysis will also be part of the day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in building client relationships
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, particularly solar energy, is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in field sales or a similar role is an advantage
