About the Role
Adgion Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Synqer.io, our AI-powered business automation platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT product or SaaS sales, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets through direct field visits.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and client meetings.
- Sell Synqer.io products including CRM, WhatsApp Business API, AI Chatbot, AI Sales Agent, RCS Messaging, and Bulk SMS solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for smooth customer implementation.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Product Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, or Software Sales.
- Strong B2B field sales experience with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of software products and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali (Preferred).
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel across Kolkata for client meetings.
