Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Interior Design Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:
- Survey designated areas within Hyderabad to identify new residential developments, apartment complexes, and newly acquired properties requiring interior design services.
- Initiate contact with builder sales representatives, real estate agents, and recent property buyers to assess their interior design needs.
- Present and professionally promote Vivante Design Studio’s services directly to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with builders, property agents, and other industry stakeholders.
- Collect and qualify lead information, coordinating seamlessly with internal sales teams to facilitate conversion.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of canvassed sites and prospect follow-ups.
- Generate and submit daily and weekly reports detailing outreach activities, pipeline status, and captured business opportunities.
- Monitor local real estate developments and market trends to identify shifts in interior design demand.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in field sales or business development; experience within the interiors, real estate, or construction sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of new property developments and the real estate market landscape in Hyderabad.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to network and canvass effectively to generate qualified leads.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating independently in a field-based role.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and providing detailed administrative reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned areas in Hyderabad as required.
