About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth in Ambala and surrounding regions. This role involves visiting retail shops and distributors, generating orders, expanding the distribution network, and building strong market relationships.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, meeting targets, and contributing to brand visibility and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors
- Develop and expand the distribution network in assigned areas
- Visit retail shops and distributors to generate orders
- Promote products and increase brand visibility in the market
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Requirements
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in the field and meet daily targets
- Understanding of the local market and retail network
- Prior experience in FMCG sales preferred (tea industry experience is a plus)
- Education: 12th pass or above (flexible based on experience)
- Must own a two-wheeler
