Job Role: Field Sales Executive
CTC: Up to 2.40 LPA + Incentives
Location: Ahmedabad
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven freshers who are ready to build their career in the Banking & Financial Services industry through field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales
- Promote banking products like Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Insurance, etc.
- Generate leads and convert them into business
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome
- Must be comfortable with field work and sales targets
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Two-wheeler preferred
