ApnaSeher is a hyperlocal multi-module delivery super app covering Food, Grocery, Pharmacy, Parcel, Building Materials, and Vehicle Rental — built to keep economic value local and empower small vendors and gig workers across India. We're launching in Anand and scaling nationally across every city tier.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to onboard local vendors (restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other merchants) onto the ApnaSeher platform ahead of and during our Anand launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential vendor partners across Food, Grocery, Pharmacy, and other categories in Anand
Pitch ApnaSeher's platform and onboard vendors end-to-end (agreements, panel setup coordination)
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure retention post-onboarding
Meet weekly/monthly vendor acquisition targets
Provide market feedback to the Operations team on vendor needs and local competition
Represent ApnaSeher professionally in the field
Requirements:
Prior sales/field sales experience preferred (local market experience in Anand is a plus)
Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English
Two-wheeler and valid license (for field visits)
Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with on-ground vendor outreach
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Experience in sales, business development, marketing, telecom, fintech, delivery platforms, or e-commerce is an advantage.
