Role Description
We are looking for an active and confident Field Sales Engineer who enjoys meeting clients, visiting industrial sites, and building strong business relationships. This is a completely on-field role where the candidate will regularly visit factories, offices, and client locations to understand requirements and promote our solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of hardware, software, automation, or industrial solutions, along with good communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
• Visit clients daily across industrial areas and business locations
• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
• Meet factory owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and explain solutions professionally
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions and demos
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
• Track market activities and identify new opportunities
• Work towards sales targets and business growth
Candidate Requirements
• Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical understanding of hardware/software/automation solutions
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness for daily travel and client meetings
• Smart, professional, and presentable approach with clients
