Job Description & Skill Required
- Assist senior sales engineers in technical presentations and proposals.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Support in pre-sales activities, product demos, and client meetings.
- Generate leads and help in achieving sales targets.dentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned territories or accounts.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor activity tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic technical understanding of products (engineering/industrial/products knowledge)
- Client handling and CRM tools knowledge
