Role Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales of material handling equipment and engineered products, supporting customers with technical solutions, managing key accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, preparing proposals, collaborating with the engineering team to tailor solutions, and meeting sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales principles
- Experience in Account Management and Sales Management
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Engineering and its applications
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the material handling or engineering solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field
