Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Vadodara. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales operations, cultivating client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities for material handling equipment and engineered products. The role involves providing technical guidance, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and achieve sales targets is a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to understand customer needs for tailored technical solutions
- Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Familiarity with Electrical Engineering principles and their application in industrial solutions
- Strong Sales Management skills to strategize and meet organizational sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Experience in the material handling industry or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
