We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at CNZ Precision Bearings. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial bearings and engineering products, while maintaining strong relationships with customers across various sectors.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers to promote CNZ products.
- Visit client sites, understand technical requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product support, quotations, and order fulfillment.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical).
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in field sales or industrial product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Passion for sales and client interaction.
