Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and proactive Field Sales Engineer who enjoys meeting clients, visiting industrial sites, and building long-term business relationships. This is a fully field-based role involving regular visits to factories, offices, and industrial hubs to understand customer challenges and present our AI & automation solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers while representing a technology-driven company in the field.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit industrial areas and client locations regularly to generate new business opportunities
• Meet factory owners, plant managers, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges
• Present and position company solutions in a clear, professional, and value-driven manner
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Work closely with the technical team to coordinate demos and solution discussions
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to business closure
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
• Interest or experience in field sales, B2B sales, or industrial/technical sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders and decision-makers
• Comfortable handling client conversations, understanding requirements, and driving discussions towards successful business outcomes
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, automation, or technology solutions
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client meetings in a day
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required for daily client visits and field travel
• Willingness for frequent travel across industrial and business areas for on-site meetings
• Professional and presentable approach while representing the company
