Salary & Benefits:
• CTC: ₹2.55 – ₹3.9 LPA
• Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹32,000/month
• Unlimited Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet customers and explain insurance products
• Handle assigned leads and convert them into sales
• Understand customer financial needs & recommend suitable plans
• Build strong customer relationships
• Follow up with clients and close sales effectively
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper customer records in CRM
Eligibility:
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication & convincing skills required
Marathi language mandatory
