Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers.
Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Promote animal feed products through farmer meetings and field activities.
Visit dairy farms, poultry farms, and retail outlets regularly.
Appoint new distributors and sub-distributors in the assigned area.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to farmers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit daily sales and visit reports to the reporting manager.
