Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Visit retail shops daily and onboard a minimum of 5 new customers per day until achieving the target of 150 customers within 3 months. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as the business grows.
- Order Management: Collect, process, and coordinate customer orders while ensuring smooth delivery operations.
- Returns & Collections: Handle product returns efficiently and collect payments as per agreed timelines and company policies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers while promoting new products and business opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering shop visits, customer onboarding, order collection, payment collections, and other required sales data.
- Market Feedback: Gather and share market insights related to customer preferences, product performance, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and payment collection targets.
Important Requirement
- Candidates must own a bike and be comfortable with daily field visits.
