Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Field Sales and Technical Representative. The primary responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support. The representative will execute sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, participate in trade events, and ensure excellent service delivery to clients. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs will also be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including lead generation and account management
- Technical aptitude for understanding and demonstrating industrial equipment such as surface preparation tools, aerial work platforms, and light compaction machinery
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in market analysis and creating sales strategies tailored to customer needs
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the construction, mining, and industrial tools industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for customer visits
