Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Sales and Marketing Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and exploring market opportunities to expand the company's footprint. The role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, building a network of clients, and achieving sales targets. The manager will also oversee the performance of sales teams and ensure the alignment of the marketing strategy with business goals.

- Prior experience in the mining and metals industry is preferred
