Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Representative based in Chennai. The Field Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with service professionals, providing training to ensure quality standards, assisting with customer inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction. The role will also require identifying sales opportunities, offering solutions to customers, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Training skills to onboard and guide service professionals effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities for building relationships and addressing inquiries
- Proficiency in identifying Sales opportunities and presenting service solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations efficiently
- Experience in service-based businesses or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Educational background or certifications in business, marketing, or related fields are advantageous
