Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Representative role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Field Representative will visit pharmacies, clinics, and retail outlets to present Grow Pharma’s product portfolio, build strong relationships, and ensure consistent product availability. Responsibilities include explaining product benefits, addressing customer and partner inquiries, collecting market feedback, and supporting promotional activities and product launches. The role also involves providing basic training to partners on product usage and positioning, maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, and collaborating with the sales team to meet territory targets.
Qualifications
- Field operations and Field Service skills to manage territory visits, product placements, and on-site follow-ups.
- Strong Communication skills for clear product explanations, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Customer Service capabilities to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support pharmacies, clinics, and retail partners.
- Training skills to deliver basic product education and guidance to partners and frontline staff.
- Sales skills to drive product adoption, meet targets, and support promotional campaigns within the assigned area.
- Knowledge of healthcare, nutrition, or pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain organized documentation.
- Valid ability to travel within the Greater Delhi Area; prior field sales or representative experience is preferred.
