We’re hiring a Bulk Hiring Specialist who can drive mass hiring for frontline roles efficiently.
📍 Location: Remote (WFH)
👉 Preference: Candidates based in Punjab & Bangalore (Karnataka)
💼 Role: Bulk Hiring Specialist / Recruiter
💰 Salary: Upto ₹30,000/month
🔑 What You’ll Do:
✔ Handle end-to-end bulk hiring
✔ Source candidates via portals, references & field drives
✔ Ensure quick closures & strong pipeline
✔ Coordinate with teams for smooth onboarding
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in bulk / mass hiring (FMCG / Retail / Field roles preferred)
✔ Strong sourcing & stakeholder coordination skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
