Shadowfax is looking for a Field Recruiters to manage rider hiring, retention, and support operations across Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard delivery riders
• Ensure rider engagement and retention
• Provide on-ground support and resolve rider issues
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
• Maintain basic data records and reports
Salary & Incentives
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
+ Incentives up to ₹15,000
Requirements
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Experience in field operations / logistics preferred
✔ Basic data management skills
✔ Problem-solving approach
✔ Comfortable with field work
✔ Should have a 2 Wheeler
