Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter (Experienced) role based in Trivandrum. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring delivery partners, riders, and ground operations staff through field visits, local networks, and recruitment drives. The role includes conducting interviews, verifying documents, onboarding new hires, and coordinating induction and training sessions in line with company standards. The Field Recruiter will maintain recruitment metrics, ensure staffing levels meet operational needs, and collaborate closely with local operations and HR teams to address manpower gaps. The position also involves building strong community relationships, running periodic hiring campaigns, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong field recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding frontline workforce.
- Candidates should possess effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and collaboration skills to work with operations, HR, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and conduct clear briefings and orientations.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to run multiple recruitment drives and meet hiring targets.
- Candidates should possess basic data handling and reporting skills to track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prior experience in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or logistics/e-commerce operations is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of local languages and the ability to travel within Trivandrum and nearby areas as needed.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
