Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Thane and navi mumbai for a Field Recruiter. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery riders to join the Whizzy.in team. Daily tasks include identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating training sessions, and managing recruitment campaigns. The role involves building relationships with job seekers and maintaining an organized recruitment pipeline to meet the company's workforce demands.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, such as job boards and social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in maintaining records and databases for candidate management
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset
- Prior experience in the logistics or delivery industry is an advantage
- Education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
