Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Field Recruiter role located in Thane. The Field Recruiter will identify, onboard, and manage delivery riders efficiently. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment drives, ensuring documentation compliance, and providing necessary training for riders. Additionally, they will maintain ongoing communication to address rider concerns and ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and screening skills, including experience in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates and managing ongoing interactions with riders
- Organizational and time-management skills for coordinating recruitment drives, onboarding, and addressing needs of a large team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, documentation workflows, and basic reporting methods
- Prior experience in logistics, delivery services, or a high-volume hiring environment is a plus
- Availability to work on-site in the Thane region
