Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for field positions, ensuring alignment with Svatantra’s values and operational needs. Typical responsibilities include conducting local outreach and field visits to attract talent, organizing and attending recruitment drives, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Field Recruiter maintains candidate databases, manages communication throughout the hiring process, and supports onboarding activities for new hires. The role also involves collaborating with branch and regional teams, tracking recruitment metrics, and providing regular reports to ensure timely staffing for field operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct end-to-end recruitment for field roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and local communities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, recruitment drives, and reporting deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining candidate records and preparing recruitment reports.
- Knowledge of local geography and communities in and around Hyderabad, with willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
- Prior experience in field recruiting, microfinance, financial services, or rural development is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in any discipline; HR or social sciences background is preferred but not mandatory.
