Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Field Recruiter to join our team on-site in Mumbai. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting skilled candidates for various field roles within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting recruitment drives, building relationships with candidates and local talent pools, interviewing prospects, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the Field Recruiter will collaborate with team leaders to meet workforce needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in candidate sourcing and managing recruitment pipelines
- Experience in building relationships with candidates and local talent networks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in field or blue-collar hiring
