Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include building a talent pipeline, overseeing recruitment drives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with candidate sourcing, job posting, and recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to conduct interviews and interact with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to build talent pipelines and manage multiple hiring requirements
- Analytical skills to evaluate and assess candidates effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Hyderabad
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Prior experience in mobility, clean tech, or start-up recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
