💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Field Recruitment)
🔹 About the Role:
As a Field Recruiter, you will drive bulk hiring and onboarding of delivery riders, lead on-ground teams, and ensure smooth activation across assigned locations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage teams of riders
• Execute bulk hiring via field drives, walk-ins & referrals
• Assign daily targets and ensure achievement
• Provide on-ground support and performance guidance
• Manage end-to-end onboarding & activation
• Verify documents (Aadhar, DL, RC, Bank details)
• Improve rider engagement & reduce early dropouts
🔹 Skills & Competencies:
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in field recruitment
✔ Strong team handling & communication skills
✔ Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
✔ Willingness to work extensively in the field
✔ Strong local market knowledge
🔹 Preferred Background:
• Logistics / E-commerce / Quick Commerce
• Last-mile delivery / Mobility platforms
• Gig workforce hiring
🔹 Key KPIs:
✔ Rider onboarding numbers
✔ Team productivity & conversion ratio
✔ Rider activation & retention
✔ Accuracy in onboarding documentation
