We are actively seeking experienced and driven Recruiters to join our dynamic team and support Delivery Boy's hiring .
Location: Bhubaneswar (Candidates must be local to Bhubaneswar)
Open Positions: 3
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in high-volume field hiring, especially rider/delivery partner recruitment.
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Field Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for delivery riders:
Field Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative strategies for on-the-ground candidate sourcing.
Screening & Onboarding: Efficiently screen, interview, and onboard selected delivery partners.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily employees grievances and collaborate closely with the central team and Hub management team .
