Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter based in Jamshedpur. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for frontline positions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, conducting field visits to hire and onboard talent, maintaining recruitment data, and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. The role also demands creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to manage data and recruitment metrics with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in conducting field hiring and working in on-ground recruitment environments
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages along with strong verbal and written English skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in high-volume hiring or recruitment in similar roles is preferred
