Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter based in Noida. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring delivery riders and fleet personnel for efficient last-mile logistics operations. The role involves managing recruitment drives, collaborating with local teams to ensure workforce readiness, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The Field Recruiter will also build and maintain relationships with local talent pipelines and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing and screening, with a focus on field-based positions.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and documenting records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building and workforce engagement.
- Knowledge of logistics, fleet management, or last-mile delivery operations is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets on tight timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in on-site recruitment and collaboration with cross-functional teams is beneficial.
