Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Field Recruiter. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates for various positions. Daily tasks include coordinating recruitment riders, building candidate pipelines, developing innovative recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring all hiring processes are compliant with company policies. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers and providing market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and onboarding skills, including the ability to source, screen, and select candidates effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates against job requirements.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, compliance policies, and local hiring practices.
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
